So it took us two tries, but we managed to quell our fears and make it to the end of Simatai; not the actual end, but as far as we were allowed to go.

Now back to Simatai, where the climbing gets just a bit sketchy…

After the break it was back to the task of descending…

And here in the last two photos from the wall, Adventure Turtle is climbing up the side to try and get one last look at Jinshanling.

We had couple victory beers outside on the resevior, and I even made a new friend.

Once it got really chilly, we moved inside and had a couple more “victory” beers with the girl who worked at our hostel and a few of the restaraunt workers.

All in all, an amazing day.
